nice profile! Think I'll relax in your shoutbox for a bit. I've got my feet up on the table and just lit up a juicy scrobble. Hope you don't mind.

I'm very sorry to hear about your mom! It really stinks. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her. That song really struck a chord with me. The first time I listened to it, I thought it was eerie how much it reminded me of sitting in the hospital with my mom. Sufjan's songs can hit me really deeply. "Romulus" is another one of my favorites. I think "Casimir Pulaski Day" takes the cake for the song that has made me cry the most. But thanks for your shout! It kinda brightened up my day. I'm glad someone read my comment. It felt good to share it.

BTW, the songs with album covers you have listed on your page. Did you write your own BBCode or were you able to copy and past somewhere on the site?

Not kidding at all. I actually stumbled across your page because of a comment on [artist]mortal[/artist]'s page by this guy...companerotoledo. I liked your response against his ignorance and then saw Scaterd Few on your page. Such a great album. Peace brother.

Yes, it is an awesome song! If you don't live in New Mexico, make sure when you come back to visit, that you do drive through the desert at dusk, while listening to Plaid. What are some of your most loved songs?

Glad you liked it! And its good to hear that you also got the same Sleeping at Last + Explosions in the Sky vibe. -hmmm, Coconut Records huh? I've seen his band on a list of recommendations on another bands page, but never heard any of his stuff. I'll defiantly check it out :)
