    • Golan Aharony

The original founders of Tokujoros were J. Elf and T.Occonan (a.k.a Giant), two social misfits who shared a great enthusiasm for anything to do with Electronic music.
They stuck up some gear in Elf's grandfather's garage, where they made their first effort to materialize their musical ideas and achieve a unique sound. The result was the album "Caterpillar 1", which they released independently at the end of 2005. The album was not followed up by live performances of any kind because Elf, haunted by acute Agoraphobia, refused to go on stage.
After a while, Giant decided to go back to the University to study computer science. Elf stayed in the garage, making music, ignoring the frightening world outside.
In 2007 The Israeli producer Golan Aharony from the Electro-Trance duo Sub6 came across the the album "Caterpillar 1". Golan was inspired by the sound of Tokujoros and contacted Elf, asking permission to remix Tokujoros's track "Showshank", but the remix never happened. Instead, they started to bounce musical ideas between them via the net. Golan was intrigued by the idea of taking Elf's electronic sound "out of the garage" and adding an Indie-commercial sense to it. It wasn't too long before Elf and Golan started working on Tokujoros's 2nd album together.
Supported by brother Ohad Aharony (Mixing engineer) and Patrick 'PTX' Chen , the guys completed the album "Electric Armadillo", which was picked up recently by HOMmega Records to be released late 2012. This time, the guys decided to to take it a step further and Tokujoros will go on tour with Patrick Chen taking Elf's place as a performer.
